- Current Transformer Testing (CT Saturation).
- Protection Relay Testing (Injection testing on load and of load).
- Primary Injection Testing.
- Micro Ohm Testing (Ducter testing) of Contact Closure.
- Battery Charger Testing / Services.
- Oil sample ensuring no PCB contamination
- Oil testing done by independent lab
- Inspect the CB for worn and missing parts
- Old oil will be removed and stored
- The oil tank inspected and cleaned
- Operating mechanism removed, serviced and lubricated
- Mechanical adjustments checked
- Interlocks (mechanical & electrical) checked for correct operation
- Electrical accessory devices tested for proper operation
- Circuit breaker operated electrically using system control power
- Final electrical test performed:
- Contact resistance test
- Insulation resistance test
- Functional operational test
